Q: Can my dog join?
A: Yes, dogs can join. The cost is the same as for a human, but dogs can't vote. The dog must be enrolled by their master, who will also vote on the dog's behalf (dogs rely on their masters to make the decisions). You can't enroll someone else's dog, as only their master can vote on their behalf.
